Payment and revisions
50% deposit; balance within three working days after the first completed version. Creative revisions are scheduled after funds are received.
Objective technical file issues may be reported first. Revision slots follow current availability.
Working days are Monday–Friday in Hong Kong, excluding public holidays. Timing starts only after deposit, complete materials and written approval. Image and revision delivery times follow individual written confirmation.
Express delivery and delays
24 hours +50%; 12 hours +80%, available only after written confirmation. Late materials, approval or payment pause the clock; work resumes according to available scheduling.
Normal in-scope revisions are not client delays. Major scope changes require a new price and deadline. Company-caused, third-party and uncontrollable delays are handled separately under the agreement.
