Charm Million assesses narrative, storyboard and visual-control requirements, then confirms the scope in writing. Advertising placement or more shots alone does not automatically require an upgrade.

Normally two working days for 30 seconds or less, and four working days for longer videos. Timing starts after the deposit, complete materials and written approval are received.

Up to eight same-series products. One complex scene may contain multiple shots within the confirmed duration and scope. New scenes, characters or storylines need further approval.

No. Each image has two revisions. A round affecting multiple images uses one revision on each affected image.

Supply a complete high-resolution reference image. Product corrections that retain composition and background can be complimentary but use one revision on that image. A complete composition remake is priced as a new image.

Yes. Pay the difference only for affected images, with one revision used on each. An upgrade does not reset revisions already used.

HK$60 per image per round covers minor changes after the complimentary allowance is used. Multiple independent changes, a major composition remake or new scope are quoted first.

Yes. Audio-only dialogue changes without regenerating lip sync can use the included allowance. Extensive shot regeneration or major story changes require a new quotation.

A 50% deposit, then the balance within three working days after the first completed version is delivered. Creative revisions are scheduled after payment; objective file issues may be reported beforehand.

Subject to confirmed availability: within 24 hours at +50%, or 12 hours at +80%. Deposit, complete materials and written approval are still required first.

No. The confirmed final output is delivered. Prompts, model settings, templates and internal production methods are not supplied.
